Parcours 7: Privacy, Open Positions and New Reports

Byrnu announces the availability of Parcours 7. This version strengthens the protection of personal information, adds open position management and enriches reports and sequencing in vocational training centres.
Personal Information Protection
Parcours 7 equips centres to meet the requirements of Law 25:
- export of the personal information of a person concerned, to respond to a portability request;
- an "Audit log" view, which records record consultations, PDF reports produced, dashboard access and record changes;
- automatic archiving that can be turned off in favour of manual archiving;
- exclusion of archived students from reports;
- named PDF reports reserved for authorized roles.
Open Positions and Hiring
Open positions are now managed like teachers:
- they can be planned, filled and renamed;
- they can be shared by link;
- a details sheet and a filter by program make tracking easier.
New Reports
Several reports are added, and all PDF reports now carry the institution's branding:
- the teacher assignment calendar;
- results transmission sheets;
- the departure sheet and the return sheet;
- the printable enrolment sheet;
- the summary of work-study (ATE) hours per program.
Sequencing and Groups
Group planning gains flexibility:
- a competency can be dragged onto a phase to move it there;
- hour totals are displayed per phase;
- assignment conflicts between groups are detected and can be resolved;
- a group can be duplicated from the group management view;
- the solver displays its progress during the calculation.
