Parcours 4: Teacher Dashboard, Cohorts and Enrolments

•Byrnu Team•2 min read

Byrnu announces the availability of Parcours 4. This version enriches the teacher dashboard, makes schedule and cohort management more flexible, and improves the tracking of students on individualized paths in vocational training centres.

An Enriched Teacher Dashboard

The dashboard now presents the essentials of the teacher's day:

  • their current activity;
  • the next assignment, with a countdown in hours and minutes when a class starts later in the day;
  • exams awaiting results;
  • active groups, shown as a Gantt chart;
  • a daily report that details student attendance.

Schedules and Sequencer

Planning becomes more flexible:

  • a schedule adjustments panel and a view of individual adjustments;
  • planning exceptions displayed as intervals in the sequencer;
  • prerequisites that update the sequence automatically when they are changed;
  • automatic saving of changes to programs and competencies, with no save button.

Cohorts and Transfers

Cohort management gains clarity:

  • a cohort transfer dialog, with confirmation and a choice of target group;
  • cohort management that can be filtered by program and by centre;
  • a collapsible view of upcoming transfers, with a counter of selected items.

Enrolments and Individualized Paths

Student tracking is more complete:

  • a visual indicator distinguishes individualized programs;
  • a grid of individual enrolments presents planning details;
  • enrolment notes specify their level, author and changes;
  • the enrolment gives direct access to its group;
  • the teacher who administered an exam is associated with it.

The competency code now appears next to its title throughout the application, and reports speak of "competency" rather than "module".
