Parcours 3: Exams, Planning and the Student Record

Byrnu announces the availability of Parcours 3. This version brings complete exam management, new planning tools and a detailed student record to vocational training centres.
Complete Exam Management
Exams can now be created and tracked in Parcours:
- a wizard guides the creation of an exam, and bulk operations make it possible to handle several at once;
- an exam can be shared between groups and students on individualized paths;
- concurrency and service types are supported;
- rating-scale evaluation groups can be defined.
Planning for Groups and Teachers
Planning relies on new tools:
- a group planning sequencer, which replaces the Gantt chart in the program sequence view;
- automated planning for the teacher;
- individual planning integrated into enrolments, with a dedicated view;
- a planning start date that is configured directly on screen;
- support for small groups.
Groups can now be archived, and a confirmed group opens in read-only mode.
The Student Record and Follow-up
The student details page brings together the essentials:
- their notes and tags;
- tracking of their progress, competency by competency;
- customizable attendance types;
- several addresses per contact;
- the funding source and path type, recorded on the enrolment.
Reports and Resources
Parcours 3 offers new reports:
- students at risk;
- attendance trends;
- competency performance;
- teacher workload;
- progress.
Resource management is also available, and an initialization wizard guides the setup step by step.
