A complete centre schedule computed in minutes instead of assembled over weeks.

Building the schedule of a vocational training centre means holding together the competency framework, teacher availability, workshops and labs, the training calendar and its holidays. Done by hand, the exercise occupies a team for days, and the result stays hard to defend: nobody knows whether something better existed.

The Parcours solver takes the problem as it is. You pick the groups to plan, you set your constraints, you grant it a computation budget — and it builds the schedule, telling you how good it is.

Solveur

Solveur

What the solver does

Your constraints, not the software's

Maximum hours per teacher, tolerated workload spread across the team, a single teacher or a single room per competency, computation time allowed: your centre's rules are set before the run, and the solver holds to them.

The competency framework is honoured

The program's prerequisite graph, the training calendar and its holidays all feed the computation. What comes out is a valid schedule, not a proposal to be corrected afterwards.

Quality stated, not guessed

The solver does more than deliver a schedule: it qualifies the result, from a good result all the way to mathematically proven optimality. You know whether the solution is worth applying or whether another run is worth the wait.

Two readings of the same schedule

The result can be viewed by group, to validate a cohort's path, and by teacher, to check workload and how it is spread. Both views describe the same solution.

Apply, or run it again

A satisfying schedule is applied to the groups in one click. Otherwise you adjust a constraint and run again: exploring three scenarios costs minutes, not three days.

Scheduling is not an administrative detail: it fixes teacher workload, workshop occupancy and the end date of every cohort. Turning it into a reproducible computation recovers days of work at each intake — and makes the choices defensible.
