Taking attendance for a group of fifteen and for a floor of a hundred and twenty are not the same gesture. A sheet cut for one forces dozens of scrolls for the other.

The wall does not replace the classic sheet: it is another reading of it. What changes is that a floor of a hundred and twenty students stops being the case where the tool slows down the person using it.
