In the section Student

Students look up their schedule, exams, follow-up and supporting documents without anyone having to send them.

A share of a centre's administrative time goes to answering questions whose answer is already in the system: when is my next exam, where does my file stand, was my note received.

Parcours gives the student their own space — not an exported extract, the same data the staff sees, filtered to what concerns them.

What the student sees

A dashboard, not a menu

On opening: their embedded schedule, upcoming exams, recent follow-up notes and shortcuts to their reports. What they came for is already on screen.

Their calendar, printable

The student calendar prints to PDF over the date range of their choice, straight from the calendar itself. For the student who wants their schedule on paper, or for the file.

"Shared follow-up": a note written for them

Staff have two separate note spaces: their own, internal, and the shared follow-up, which the student reads. Writing to a student no longer takes a separate channel, and an internal note cannot reach them by accident.

Their documents, submitted by them

Students submit supporting documents and coursework directly into Parcours, through Arkiv. Staff find them on the file rather than in an inbox.

Their work placement too

In work-study, the student keeps their placement journal and activities, and reads their evaluations and the visits scheduled.

Giving students a direct read of their own file takes nothing away from staff: it takes away the requests whose answer was already there.
