Who it is for — The student enrolled in vocational training
Students open Parcours and find their schedule, exams, follow-up and submissions — without going through the office.
A share of a centre's administrative time goes to answering questions whose answer is already in the system: when is my next exam, where does my file stand, was my note received.
The student is not an email recipient in Parcours: they have their own section, with the same data the staff sees, filtered to their file. Seven screens, all readable without having to ask anyone for anything.
Espace élève — tableau de bord
Le tableau de bord de l'élève tient sur un écran : les cinq jours de la semaine en cartes, AM et PM, avec la compétence travaillée, l'horaire réel et le statut de présence déjà consigné — présent, retard, examen. Dessous, le prochain examen daté, les notes de suivi que l'équipe a choisi de partager, et l'accès direct à ses trois rapports personnels. L'élève cesse d'être un destinataire de courriels : il a sa propre section, et les questions dont la réponse est déjà dans le système ne remontent plus au secrétariat.

Calendar
The student's schedule over the range of their choice, printable to PDF straight from the page.
Exams
The exams the student is assigned to, with their dates and locations.
Supporting documents
Students submit their own supporting documents and coursework, through Arkiv, kept with their file rather than in an inbox.
Follow-up
The notes staff write for them — separate from internal notes, which never reach them.
Reports
Their own attendance and progress reports, generated on demand.
My placement
In work-study: the placement journal, activities completed, evaluations received and visits scheduled.
