Product Manager – Education

We are looking for a Product Manager to drive the evolution of our educational products using the SDD (Specification-Driven Development) approach. This strategic role ensures that the product vision translates into precise specifications and high-value features for the education sector.
Responsibilities
- •Define and maintain the product vision and roadmap for educational products
- •Drive the feature lifecycle using the SDD approach, from ideation to delivery
- •Prioritize evolutions based on education market needs and client feedback
- •Collaborate with business analysts to transform needs into actionable specifications
- •Work closely with development teams to ensure delivery aligns with specifications
- •Analyze usage metrics and field feedback to guide product decisions
- •Communicate product strategy to internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
- •5+ years of experience in software or digital product management
- •Experience with specification-driven development methodologies (SDD, BDD or similar)
- •Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile principles
- •Ability to define a product vision and translate it into an actionable roadmap
- •Fluency in French (required) and functional English
- •Excellent communication and influence leadership skills
