Business Analyst – Educational Products

We are looking for a Business Analyst to contribute to the evolution of our educational products using the SDD (Specification-Driven Development) approach. This role is at the heart of transforming pedagogical needs into clear, actionable specifications for development teams.
Responsibilities
- •Analyze the needs of educational institutions and users to evolve educational products
- •Write detailed specifications following the SDD approach to guide feature development
- •Collaborate with product managers and development teams to prioritize and plan evolutions
- •Translate pedagogical requirements into structured and testable technical specifications
- •Validate that deliverables match the defined specifications
- •Participate in specification reviews and ensure consistency between needs and delivered solutions
- •Maintain up-to-date documentation of specifications and business processes
Requirements
- •5+ years of experience in business analysis in a software or technology context
- •Experience with specification-driven development approaches (SDD, BDD or similar)
- •Excellent skills in writing functional and technical specifications
- •Ability to understand and formalize complex needs in the education sector
- •Fluency in French (required) and functional English
- •Proficiency with product management and documentation tools
