Trainer – Educational Products

We are looking for a Trainer passionate about education and technology to design and deliver training for our educational products (Perspective, Parcours). This person will be responsible for webinars and all training materials intended for our clients.
Responsibilities
- •Design and develop pedagogical materials for Byrnu's educational products (guides, tutorials, presentations, exercises)
- •Plan, prepare, and deliver webinars and online training sessions
- •Create and maintain a library of training resources accessible to clients
- •Provide follow-up and support to participants after training sessions
- •Collaborate with product teams to incorporate new features into training content
- •Participate in developing the client training and enablement strategy
- •Evaluate training effectiveness and propose continuous improvements
Requirements
- •10+ years of experience in training, teaching, or webinar facilitation
- •Excellent pedagogical and oral presentation skills
- •Proficiency with online training tools (Zoom, Teams, LMS, etc.)
- •Ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- •Fluency in French (required) and functional English
- •Autonomy and rigor in managing training content and sessions
Assets
- +Experience creating digital educational content (videos, e-learning lessons)
- +Knowledge of Quebec's education sector
- +Experience with SaaS products or educational platforms
- +Use of AI tools for creating and optimizing pedagogical content
