• Training Catalog and Online Help in One Product — Each project independently enables a training catalog and/or online help, around a shared identity and content: one platform both trains your teams and supports your software.
• End-to-End Online Help — An interactive, contextual help engine that embeds, through a lightweight integration (widget), into any third-party or in-house solution. Osmos takes over the target application's entire online help: key-addressed contextual articles, broken-link checking and a screenshot library organized by categories. Already in production at Byrnu, powering the online help across its products, including Parcours and Perspective.
• Author Help Right Inside the Target Application — From the embedded widget, administrators write help articles and capture screenshots without leaving the application; a capture can automatically create the matching missing article. Help is produced where it will be read, in context.
• Screenshots with Zoom — Screenshots display with interactive zoom, so you can explore interface details without losing the context of the page.
• Native VT / AGE Orientation, Built on Fondation CSS — Designed for vocational training and adult general education (mapping to VT programs and competencies, AGE levels and course codes). Built on Fondation CSS: standard OIDC authentication, centralized role and access management, and its full feature set.
