Technical Lead

We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead to guide our development teams and clients in adopting best practices and emerging technologies, particularly artificial intelligence.
Responsibilities
- •Guide development teams in AI adoption to optimize productivity
- •Define and implement modern and scalable software architectures
- •Evaluate and recommend AI tools for development (GitHub Copilot, Claude, etc.)
- •Mentor developers on AI-assisted development best practices
- •Conduct code reviews and ensure technical quality of deliverables
- •Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and propose adapted solutions
Requirements
- •10+ years of software development experience including 5+ as technical lead
- •Expertise in software architecture and design patterns
- •Practical experience with AI-assisted development tools
- •Mastery of C#, React, TypeScript, Next.js, Kubernetes, Azure and Docker
- •Excellent communication and mentoring skills
- •Ability to work autonomously and in a distributed team
Assets
- +Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GitHub, Google Cloud, Cloudflare, OVH)
- +Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD
- +Experience in consulting or team coaching
